An indoor swimming pool heated to a tropical 31 degrees all year round
Penketh Pool has been reborn!
Following extensive refurbishment in 2023
The pool was re-lined with a soft touch cushioned aqua blue liner, for extra comfort and thermal benefits along with a new pool cover to retain additional heat. New hand rails and ladders were installed, as well as new perimeter floor tiling, fresh painting, a completely new filtration system and new automatic chemical dosing system, for the purest water in town!
We also installed new boilers, making sure the perfect temperatures are maintained with new lights making it brighter and more inviting.

We’re open to everyone
In 2023 we replaced our Accessibility Hoist with a fully automated one, controlled by the user. With wheelchair friendly access to our poolside, we want to make our centre welcoming for all of the community.
If you would like advice or assistance there's no need to call ahead but if you would prefer to discuss options with us first please contact us.
Refurbished Community Hall
We also refurbished our Community hall in 2023, completely changing the feel of the space. We improving the lighting, making it much brighter and more welcoming.
Many groups use our hall, from Kids indoor football, to Karate, Zumba, Yoga, Meditation, Dance Classes and more. Most are operated by private user groups with bookings made directly with the operators, but we're working on adding a list of contacts soon.
